Item ok...packaging not

IMHO, this is a relatively expensive paperback score. When I have purchased (through Amazon) from Marketplace sellers, my books/scores have been carefully wrapped to prevent any damage during shipment. Although nothing was torn, the front cover and several pages were considerably bent upon receipt. The unwrapped book was placed into a cardboard box where the box's inner flap could (and did) bend the score. Petty? Perhaps. But I also spent $18 in order to receive the book in two days. Surely a bit more care would have been in order.

Love it and can't complain

Great score. Always have needed to buy it and Finally did. I wish it was a bit cheaper, and I definitely would've loved a hard cover as it would last longer, but I can't complain.

About the Author

Michael R. Young, BA, BDS, MSc, is a former clinician, practice owner, and independent clinical negligence expert witness. His practice was one of the first in the UK to be awarded the British Dental Association Good Practice. Dr. Young is also a highly respected and much sought-after writer who has for many years been a regular contributor to various dental and non-dental publications around the world. He has contributed to books as well as the New Law Journal and to Solicitors Journal. As well as being a dental graduate, Dr. Young holds a BA in classics and history. In his spare time he likes to write fiction. He has written a play, a short story, and one piece of flash fiction.

About the Author

Madeleine Pullman is an Associate Professor of Operations Management at Portland State University in Portland, Oregon, USA. She earned her PhD in Business Administration at the University of Utah in 1997. She previously taught in Graduate and Executive programs at Cornell University, London Business School, Southern Methodist University, Colorado State University, the University of Colorado and the University of Utah. Her articles have appeared in various journals including the Journal of Operations Management, Decision Sciences, Production and Operations Management, the Journal of Service Research, the International Journal of Service Industry Management, the Cornell Hotel and Restaurant Administration Quarterly, Omega and the Journal of Product Innovation Management.

Zhaohui Wu is an Associate Professor of Supply Chain and Operations Management at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon, USA. He is currently teaching and conducting research on supply networks, buyer–supplier relationships and environmental management strategy in supply chain operations. Zhaohui worked as a buyer at Lord Corporation, a US aerospace company, and as a project manager at CMEC, a Chinese international trade company.
